A few useful details

Contact

Loop & Logic is operated by KRUKITA GROUP & INNOVATION VENTURES, Malaysia (registration 202603233312).

Contact [email protected] for account, content or billing help. Do not send your password or recovery code.

Privacy

Free visitors can use the public games and download the sampler without an account. Member accounts store a username, a salted password hash, a hashed recovery code, session records, puzzle attempts, focus-session times and optional reflections. Avoid putting sensitive information in reflections. A necessary, secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days.

Cloudflare hosts the site and member database and processes network information to deliver and protect it. Short-lived hashed identifiers are used to limit automated abuse. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your personal information.

When paid memberships open, Stripe will process payment details and billing information. We store a Stripe customer reference to check membership and enable billing management. Card details are not stored by this website. Stripe and Cloudflare may process data outside your country.

Contact us from your account context to request access or deletion of personal data. We may need to establish account ownership first. Financial records may need to be retained where required. Account and practice data are retained until deletion is requested; expired session and rate-limit records are periodically removed.

No email is required for a free account. Password recovery uses your saved recovery code. Keep this code private; we cannot recover an account based on a username alone. Links to YouTube and Stripe are governed by their own privacy policies.

Membership & use

This service is for adults and teenagers aged 13 or older. If you are under the legal age to purchase in your country, have a parent or guardian make any purchase. Activities are recreational and support practising a personal routine; they are not IQ tests, medical treatment or a promise of improved cognition or productivity.

Free accounts are available. Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Planned monthly prices: Logic US$2.99, Flow US$2.99, All Access US$4.99. Features are shown on the plan cards. Availability, total price and applicable tax will be shown before payment.

Renewal and cancellation

Once sales open, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel renewal in the signed-in member area or manage your subscription through Stripe billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund earlier charges. You retain paid access until then. Failed or unpaid subscriptions may lose access. Changing plans will show any price changes before confirmation.

Content and downloads

The free sampler may be shared unchanged for non-commercial use. Premium materials are licensed for personal and household use; resale, redistribution and sharing member accounts are not permitted. PDF files downloaded during an active membership may be kept for personal use after cancellation. Online premium access ends with membership. Volume 01 contains the same 60 challenges as the online library.

Problems and refunds

If you cannot access purchased content, or a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate and restore access or consider a refund. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. No paid sales are currently being collected.

Service availability can be affected by maintenance or provider limits. Keep copies of any downloaded materials. A lost password and lost recovery code may prevent account recovery.
